ADPHC and PwC Middle East issue white paper on health equity and autism at ADGHW

Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) and PwC Middle East have published a white paper, titled 'Towards Health Equity: Bridging the Gap for Individuals with Autism through Public Policy and Technology' during Abu Dhabi Global Health Week (ADGHW), hosted by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), the regulator of the healthcare sector in the Emirate.

Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre Announces its Comprehensive Public Health Pest Control Services

In line with its commitment to public health and safety, the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) has announced the transition of public health pest control services under its mandate. ADPHC will process service requests concerning the monitoring and control of pests in residences, public areas and facilities. For pest control services, individuals, farms and homeowners can contact Government Contact Centre at 800555 or register a request using the pest control services through the TAMM platform.

Abu Dhabi supports 353 couples in making informed health decisions

Reflecting the Emirate’s ambitions to healthier future for all, the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), the regulator of the healthcare sector in the Emirate and in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), have supported over 353 Abu Dhabi-based couples in making informed health decisions before marriage through the expanded genetic screening within the premarital screening services provided across the primary healthcare centres in Abu Dhabi.

Guidelines for child safety in vehicles and at home have been launched in Abu Dhabi, UAE

The Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, a subsidiary of the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, collaborated with the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority to release two guides titled 'Safety of Children in Vehicles Guide' and 'Safety of Children at Home Guide' coinciding with the Emirati Children’s Day on March 15th, 2024.
